NRE’s acquisitions are focused in Midwestern markets that have favorable demographic trends and are relatively insulated from the recent extreme expense growth in other high-growth markets.
NRE aims to identify well-located assets with depressed operating results caused by poor management and lack of capital investment. NRE seeks to reposition these assets by replacing existing management, strategically renovating assets, and aggressively managing assets.
